Child Safety Standards
Last Updated: June 9, 2026
1. Our Commitment to Child Safety
Tunited — published on Google Play by Choephel Sonam — is absolutely committed to the safety and protection of children. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any content, behavior, or activity that exploits or endangers minors in any way.
Tunited explicitly and unconditionally prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in all its forms on our platform. This includes but is not limited to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind.
- Grooming, solicitation, or predatory behavior toward minors.
- Any content, image, video, text, or communication that sexually exploits or endangers children.
- Sharing, distributing, or facilitating access to material that sexualizes minors.
- Any attempt to use Tunited to contact, recruit, or communicate with minors for exploitative purposes.
2. Age Requirements
Tunited is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the platform. In jurisdictions where a higher minimum age applies (e.g., 16 years in the European Union under GDPR), the higher age requirement applies. We do not knowingly allow children below the applicable minimum age to use our services.
3. Content Moderation & Enforcement
We take active steps to detect, remove, and report child-endangering content. Our measures include:
- Reporting Tools: Every user can report any post, comment, profile, or message they believe violates our child safety standards using in-app report buttons.
- Account Suspension: Accounts found to violate this policy will be immediately suspended or permanently banned.
- Law Enforcement Cooperation: We will promptly report any discovered CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.
- Content Removal: Any content that violates this policy will be removed immediately upon detection or report.
4. How to Report Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter any content or behavior on Tunited that you believe constitutes child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:
- In-App Reporting: Use the "Report" button on any post, profile, or message within the Tunited app.
- Email: Send a detailed report to safetytunited@gmail.com. Our child safety team reviews all reports and responds within 24 hours.
